Hi everyone! You may remember my review of
The Everly Putrajaya not too long ago. Well, we enjoyed our stay so much, that we decided to spend some time there, over the festive holidays. Actually, soon after posting my first review of the hotel, I sent them an email, just to let them know that I appreciated my stay there.
To my utter surprise,
Mr Dennis Tan, the owner of The Everly Group, personally replied to my email! He also very kindly offered to treat my family and I to a complimentary dinner during our second stay. Isn't that wonderful?! Allow me to rave about my experience... and please bear with me, this is going to be a loooong post.
I love talking about food, but before we get to that, let's afford ourselves some time to take in our surroundings, shall we? Let's start at the beginning, that is... at the entrance to Fuze Restaurant. We came down to have dinner after Maghrib, at around 8.00 pm.
The restaurant interior is huge, and as you can see, there's lots of sleek lines and surfaces. The walls are in neutral grays and beiges, while the carpet and dining chairs anchor the room with a pop of colour.
