Project sawi bonanza 3: Special Maggi mee curry with sawi and egg

You know what I love about sawi (mustard greens)? You can depend on it to add colour, texture and roughage to just about any dish. My husband recently asked me to whip up some Maggi mee for dinner, and I jumped at the chance to make my "special" Maggi mee curry, and of course to throw in some sawi!

I believe that it is vitally important for every Malaysian to learn how to make a kick-ass bowl of
Maggi mee at home!

Healthy, Luscious Locks @ June 2013 Urban Health magazine

I have HUGE news to share, but maybe not just yet... I'm not quite ready to break it to the world... :)
In the meantime, allow me to flashback to last June's Urban Health magazine and my article on hair care!

Project sawi bonanza 2: Sawi with cabbage stir-fry

You may have read in an earlier post that my neighbour, Mr Lee, recently gave me a big bunch of sawi (mustard greens), and that I've made it my mission to put it all to good use. Following my first recipe, sawi soup, I decided to stir fry the sawi with some cabbage that has been languishing in my fridge. A very simple and humble recipe, but a good way to get your daily veg. Here goes:

Project sawi bonanza: Sawi soup

I love vegetables, but I must confess that I'm not a big fan of a green we here call "sawi" (mustard greens). I've never actually bought it and cooked it for my family, in like, ever. But yesterday, my neighbour, Mr Lee, dropped by and gave us a HUGE bunch of sawi that he had harvested at his farm. Not one to be unappreciative of free produce, I shall make it my mission to use this wonderful sawi bonanza and share with you all the sawi recipes that I can come up with.

Sawi
Sawi bonanza! There's like 2 kgs of it here! If your sawi has wilted a bit, just soak it in cold water after you've chopped it up. It will be crisp again in no time.

Testimonial from Jeffrey T.

Hi peeps, how are we all doing today? As for me, I'm writing, editing and managing away, productive as ever, but nursing minor withdrawal symptoms brought on by marathon sessions of Breaking Bad. I'm more than a little late to this bandwagon, but I have to say, I can't decide who's more bad ass, Walter White, or Gustavo Fring. Anyway...

I often publish examples of articles I've published in magazines and such, but I rarely share my copywriting work. Well, that's for good reason, because much of the stuff is P&C you see. In any case, I'm happy to share with you today, a testimonial that I've just received from one of my copywriting clients, Jeffrey T, and here's what he has to say:

"I'm very pleased to have engaged Adline's writing service for my content publication. She is a highly responsive and very committed writer, she provides prompt replies in all communication. Her writing is very professional and high in quality, she often goes to the extra miles in doing her research in the subject matter just to ensure it's factually correct and relevant. After completing my first project with her for writing 20 articles, I've decided to offer her a new project for another 20 more articles, and plan to offer more projects in the very near future. I highly recommend Adline for content writing services." Jeffrey T, KL.

Thanks so much Jeffrey for your support, looking forward to doing more work for you :)
